Blog Note
I have created a new blog – it’s a subblog to this one but I wanted it to be separate because, well, because it might actually contradict some stuff on here. I am rediscovering some old favorites. I have started meditating again (no, I have not changed my mind about Buddhism but I am enjoying listening to Stephen Batchelor). I am still a skeptic. I am rediscovering NVC. It just felt like I wanted to have a separate blog for my journey. We’ll see. Maybe the two blogs will merge again eventually – like the Singles by Choice blog – because there really are no separate parts in me but for now it felt right. So, if you want, please check it out! And if you have design comments, feel free to leave those in the “testing” post…
Note: Starting September 6, 2011, I post about my transition back on this main blog. And I am moving all the posts & comments to this one…
I did. 🙂
Congratulations to you on your transition! We are in a time of transition and it’s an opportunity for all of us to take advantage of. Like you I discovered when I left corporate American eons ago that my life is an integrated whole. I had been taught to segment my life — business, personal, financial, etc. but I found that my fulfillment comes from bringing my entire being to life and living. Of course bringing my whole being to every aspect of life is a process and at the same time it is the key to experiencing freedom. Recently I’ve been sharing a life project (an online community, food for the soul, where people exchange ideas/passions/inspirations) I’ve been working on for years with everyone in my community – friends & family as well as colleagues. Up until now I shared this passion sparingly (friends & family), now I am sharing it. No more being a little pregnant — either I am or I am not. I’m bringing this view to my life & living!
Thank you, Donna Marie! Where do we find your online community?
It’s http://foodforthesoul.us. Give it a test viewing, join in & let me know what you think.
